    Disney World Dining Dress Codes

Dining at Disney World is actually very very casual.

Most table service restaurants actually permit you to wear whatever it is you were wearing to the parks.

Really, the only thing you need to get into a Disney restaurant are shirt and shoes.

However, it is a little more strict when it comes to signature dining.

    Signature Dining Dress Code

According to Disney’s website here is the signature dining dress code:

Men may wear khakis, slacks, jeans or dress shorts and collared shirts. Sport coats are optional.

Women may wear Capri pants, skirts, dresses, jeans or dress shorts.

Not permitted in the dining room are tank tops, swimsuits, swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, torn clothing and shirts with offensive language or graphics.

As seen in the photo above, that would be acceptable to a fine dining restaurant on a hot summer day. Just as long as the hat is removed in the dining room.

Here are all the signature restaurants that enforce a slightly stricter dress code (excluding Victoria & Albert’s):

    • Artist Point
    • The BOATHOUSE
    • California Grill
    • Capa
    • Cinderella’s Royal Table
    • Citricos
    • Dining Room at Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe
    • Flying Fish Cafe
    • Fulton’s Crab House
    • The Hollywood Brown Derby
    • II Mulino
    • Jiko – The Cooking Place
    • Le Cellier Steakhouse
    • Monsieur Paul
    • Morimoto Asia
    • Narcoossee’s
    • Shula’s Steak House
    • Todd English’s bluezoo
    • Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe
    • Yachtsman Steakhouse

Also, as a side note, some of these restaurants (Hollywood Brown Derby) that are located inside a park may have a less strict dress code from the rest, since you are in the parks and most likely wearing park attire.

    Victoria & Albert’s Dress Code

Since Victoria & Albert’s is a AAA Five Diamond award winning restaurant, the dress code is actually stricter than the rest.

Here’s their dress code according to their website:

Men must wear dinner jackets with dress pants or slacks and shoes. Ties are optional. Women may wear a cocktail dress, nice dress, dressy pant suit or a skirt with a blouse.

Jeans, shorts, capri pants, sandals, flip-flops or tennis shoes are not permitted.

Yes it is a little more strict, but hey what do you expect. It’s an exceptional restaurant with high standards.
