Vegan Plant-Based Hot Link Smokehouse Sandwich (Animal Kingdom)

The Hot Link Smokehouse Sandwich is a plant-based sausage topped with tangy mustard sauce, slaw, and crispy onions on a house-made New England style roll.

I’m generally pretty adamant when it comes to vegan or plant-based food but this sandwich was surprisingly very tasty. I was almost to the point that was 80% convinced that it was actually a smoked hot link.

Would I get it again? Maybe. It’s delicious but I really can’t abandon my go-to ribs and chicken combo meal.
