If you’re highly competitive then this attraction is an absolute must.

Your mission’s success depends on teamwork and coordination with your fellow crew members. Each role, whether it’s the pilot, gunner, or engineer, comes with unique responsibilities and challenges. Although, the pilot is the only role worth getting, in my opinion.
Communication and quick reflexes are key as you encounter obstacles, engage in intense battles, and navigate through unpredictable situations.

Did I get it right?
As you already know, these are only my personal recommendations that I think are perfect for adults. Just because I think a ride or attraction is great doesn’t mean you will too, so please take my ranking with a grain of salt.
That said, if you are looking for more “adult-friendly” rides at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this is great frame of reference to start. I would also recommend adding Slinky Dog Dash to your itinerary if you don’t mind mild rollercoasters. It’s not intense, but it really is quite fun.
Hope this helped!
